Guess last year’s “Best-Kept Secret” got out. The Sea House Restaurant has been awarded Maui No Ka ‘Oi Magazine’s 2011 ‘Aipono Gold Award for Best Breakfast. A favorite of many visitors to the Sea House Restaurant is Chef Craig Erickson’s Molokai Sweet Potato Egg Frittata. A combination of whipped eggs layered with spinach, caramelized Maui onions, Upcountry tomatoes, cheese, Molokai sweet potatoes, spiced Hollandaise and vegetable ragout – doesn’t that just make your mouth water with anticipation? Chef Craig uses fresh local farm to table ingredients for many of his unique dishes.
